Section I

a) We are able to achieve our project goals which is to change ancient perceptions of urban communities towards Orang Asli Jahai in Jeli, Kelantan. Then, this project targeted to strengthen unity among urban community participants from University Malaysia Kelantan Kampus Kota students and lecturers with Orang Asli Jahai community and SK Sungai Rual students from the visit to Sk Sungai Rual and from the activities that are carried out. Then, we are also able to expose Orang Asli Jahai community with entrepreneur knowledge to benefit this community about small business that can be used to improve their livelihood.

b) An absolute yes that other fund-raising efforts contribute to our project. We do fundraising among University Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) lecturers and from the family of the team members.

c) We endeavor a deep commitment to engage with the Orang Asli Jahai community authentically and respectfully. We initiated extensive dialogue sessions, interviews, and participatory research, ensuring their voices and aspirations were central to the project's direction. This groundwork laid the foundation for a partnership that was built on trust, mutual respect, and a shared vision for positive change.

Collaboration became the cornerstone of our strategy. Working hand in hand with government agencies like the Jabatan Kemajuan Orang Asli (JAKOA), and academic institutions such as the University Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), a diverse network of expertise and resources was assembled. Each partner brought unique perspectives, skills, and support crucial for different facets of the project.

Central to our efforts was the creation of a dedicated online platform, a digital space showcasing the rich cultural heritage, values, and challenges faced by the Orang Asli Jahai community. This website served as a repository of knowledge, stories, and educational resources, providing a window into their world for the broader public and policymakers alike. However, recognizing the significance of tangible resources, a comprehensive handbook was meticulously developed. This handbook encapsulated the essence of the Orang Asli Jahai culture, values, and traditions. Its creation was a testament to the collective efforts of researchers, community representatives, and cultural experts.

The dissemination of information was only one facet of our approach. We understood the importance of changing perceptions and fostering unity among different communities. To achieve this, a series of awareness campaigns were orchestrated. Leveraging social media, local events, and educational workshops, these campaigns sought to challenge stereotypes, promote cultural appreciation, and advocate for ongoing support for the Orang Asli Jahai community.

Throughout the project's lifespan, meticulous monitoring and evaluation were integral and the website will be handled by Jabatan Kemajuan Orang Asli [JAKOA] to update about the community and about the positive impacts of our project towards this community. Regular feedback loops involving the community, stakeholders, and users of the resources allowed for constant refinement and improvement. This iterative process ensured that our strategies remained relevant and effective in achieving the desired long-term impacts. Looking ahead, the envisioned impact of our project transcends temporal boundaries. By placing the Orang Asli Jahai community in the spotlight of government attention and public consciousness, we aim for sustained support and initiatives directed towards education and development. The legacy of our efforts lies not only in the creation of resources but in the transformative change of perceptions and the establishment of enduring collaborations for the betterment of the community.

d) There were unexpected difficulties of course like the intervention of school authorities that make us cut a few games like bola beracun. Then, the eye infection disease and tubercolosis (TB) that spread in the community itself make some of the participant could not attend our programme but it was such a luck that the school has replaced them with other students. Besides that, the participants behaviour was also a big challenge to us but we are able to control the situation. After that, budget contraints was also happened. Because of the budget contraints we need to cutted off the programme that is supposed to be 3 days programme to 1 day programme and the number of participants need to be cutted off.

e) There is language barrier happened of course. Since they are speaking Kelantanese dialect, we need to use more body languages to make them move in order because only few of us know to speak Kelatanese dialect. Then, the cultural barrier also happened during the project. For example, the shyness or reluctant to participate in activities with people from other cultures. This community was more to introvert side and also few extrovert side. For extrovert side, their uncontrollable attitude is unexpected but thanks to the energy, fun and professional members of our side and host of our programme, we are able to overcome this problem.

f) Things that are working well is the activities that are not being cutted off went really smooth thanks to the facilitators that are helping us to run the games. Students and the Jahai community were having fun. Besides that, the interview session with Tok Batin about this community was also doing well and all the questions that are being asked was well-answered. After that, the cooperation of the Orang Asli Jahai community and the students of Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Rual with the help of school authorities make the talk session and the senamrobik activity went well.

Eventhough things are going pretty well but there are also things that are not working well that day. The urge from the school authorities force us to cut off some of the activities to match with the van's arrival time that will be bring the students to their hostel. Besides that, the behaviour of Orang Asli's adults was out of hand since their attittude was different from people in the city.

g) All 92 participants who are joining this project will be benefited from this project. Those people are, 23 Orang Asli from Jahai Community, 49 students from Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Rual and urban community among university students and lecturers.

h) The long term impact of our project is this community will receive government's attention and support. By bringing community Orang Asli Jahai into the spotlight, the government's sustained interest can lead to ongoing support and initiatives for education and development. Besides that, this project could also increase the public awareness and perception change. The creation of a dedicated website and handbook can significantly influence public perception by sharing the values and culture of the Orang Asli Jahai community. This can help dispel misconceptions and stereotypes, fostering unity among different races. After that, education and resource accessibility. By making the handbook, this will ensures that the information becomes easily accessible to a wide audience, potentially sparking further interest and understanding among students and researchers.

Our project's future looks promising with established partnerships and educational resources serving as a strong foundation. Continued collaboration with government agencies and academic institutions provides avenues for sustained support and future initiatives. Besides that, empowering the Orang Asli Jahai community involves ongoing efforts in skill development, economic empowerment, and infrastructure improvements tailored to their needs. After that, advocacy for policy changes and influence can create sustainable, long-term benefits for the community. Lastly, the continuous monitoring with the collaboration of Jabatan Kemajuan Orang Asli (JAKOA), adaptation of strategies, and expansion of networks will be pivotal in deepening impact and ensuring lasting positive change.

Section II

a)

i) This project of course will contribute to happiness especially for Orang Asli Jahai community for a short term and a long term. For a short term, this project also contribute to happiness like the students and the adult will be more excited to go to school. Through out our activities, they will get to reduced their stress from studying and will bring more positive energy in theirself.

For a long term, much more people from other communities will get to know them from our special website especially the government and NGOs which are the front liners when it comes to development of the Orang Asli Jahai community facilities like road or health facilities. Then, from our "1 hour entrepreneur talk" session, they could learn how to market their crafts and products through tiktok to gain profits and to improve their livelihoods and economy. Besides that, they could also strengthen the relationship among their community because of our project. They could spend and interact among themselves and create a tighten bond as a community. Besides that, if there are programmes like this in the future, they will be more excited to bond with other communities.

¡¡) This project of course changed the way I think about the world. I think from this project, I get to know more about Orang Asli Community and change my ancient perceptions towards them like they being old-school and doesn't have development. My perception was wrong cause they have a great education facilities to educate their young generations. Besides that, before I went to have a programme with this community, I thought that they are unfriendly and cold towards everybody else who are not from their community but my thought was wrong, they are really friendly and give us a great cooperation for all the activities. From this, I learn that don't judge a book by its cover was an important thing to take note as a person.

b) Through our project, we discovered the power of collaboration and education in fostering lasting change for the Orang Asli Jahai community. As Nurdinie Syafiah binti Rosman, I've learned that by amplifying voices and bridging gaps, we can pave the way for a future where cultural preservation and unity thrive hand in hand.
